User Content Terms

These User Content Terms (“Terms”) govern the submission, upload, publication, or sharing of content by users (“you” or “your”) through the websites operated by WiseRighteous Network, including artdigikeep.wiserighteous.org and its subdomains (collectively, the “Website”).

  • Reproduce and distribute your content;

  • Translate, resize, crop, or make technical modifications necessary for publication or display;
  • Use your content to support our educational, charitable, museum, research, nonprofit, and public-interest missions.

This license remains in effect unless your content is removed from the Website, except where archival, legal, educational, or historical preservation requires continued retention.

4. Your Representations and Warranties

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the creator of the content or have all necessary rights and permissions to submit it.

  • May expose the organization or its users to legal or reputational risk.

6. Attribution

When reasonably practical, WiseRighteous Network will make reasonable efforts to credit creators by displaying their name, preferred display name, or organization.

If you have specific attribution preferences, please provide them when submitting your content.

7. Educational and Museum Use

Submitted content may be displayed as part of:

  • ArtDigiKeep Digital Museums
  • Online exhibitions
  • Educational courses
  • Research projects
  • Museum archives
  • Community programs
  • Printed publications
  • Promotional materials supporting WiseRighteous Network’s nonprofit mission

No ownership of your artwork is transferred by participating in these activities.

8. Copyright Complaints

If you believe that User Content published on the Website infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please submit a notice in accordance with our DMCA Compliance Policy.

We will review and respond to valid notices as required by applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these User Content Terms from time to time.

Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued submission or use of the Website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
